Made for the urban employees who are at that time in their career where they can have a mid week "long lunch" at the "Salon" 
 

Based in Sydney's inner city, the Wine Salon is a reflection of its locals; a balanced mix of boujie-fancy but still approachable-cool. 

Offering a small but punchy bar menu along  with the sommeliers pairings, it's an easy choice of what to put in your own, or your dates?.. maybe your colleague's? mouth.
